Kinesis Semiconductor Wire Solutions Pte. Ltd (KSWS) is the strategic venture of Kinesis and VCI Global (NASDAQ: VCIG), poised to meet the surging demand and support India’s self-sufficiency in semiconductor manufacturing by becoming India’s first semiconductor wire plant producing bonding gold wires, bonding silver wires, and bonding copper wires. The incorporated company is located in Chennai and expects to begin operations at the end of 2025. The 25,000 ft2 leased facility will start with one production line and scale up to five production lines. Each production line can produce a minimum of 24-million-meter length of 15.3 mm diameter wire monthly. Equipped with advanced process equipment, our experienced technical team is ready to realize customers’ customization needs.

Kinesis partners with Zhejiang Dongkai Semiconductor Science & Technology, DK Tech in the manufacturing of semiconductor equipment and comprehensive solutions for key system in the manufacturing process, including centralized supply systems for electronic specialty gases and wet chemicals, bulk gas supply system, tail gas recovery, and treatment systems.
